Danish Rosewood Desk by Svend Aage Madsen for H.P. Hansen

Very stylish, elegant rosewood desk by Svend Aage Madsen for H.P. Hansen made in Denmark circa 1960s. Beautifully grained wood. Organic sculptured frame design with splayed legs enhance a unique character. The desk is fitted with 4 drawers on the left side and a large filing drawer on the right side and forward with open library shelves and one door lockable cabinet. The desk is in very good vintage condition with normal wear consistent with age and use. Few minor chip to the drawers, a small dent on the front edge, slight discoloration on the front from use. The desk is missing middle shelf for the open library shelf and the key.
