RETURNS
Furniture:

We do not accept return or cancellation once you place your order.

Once you have received your item and have any issues or concerns please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

There is a lot of planning and coordinating with the shipping company once order is placed which makes it difficult to cancel or to return.

In the case we approve a return, customer is fully responsible for the return shipping cost and that the item received in the same condition it was delivered.
Smaller Items and Home Decor:

After receiving the item contact the seller within: 7 days

Return the item within: 14 days of accepted return

Buyer pays return shipping costs

Full refund is issued, including initial shipping cost: once the item is returned in previously shipped condition.
SHIPPING
Please allow between 4-6 weeks for delivery on furniture items.
Please contact us for a shipping quote before you purchase an item. We are a small business in Vermont, so the process we must go through, to ship large furniture takes time and careful planning with outside delivery services. If you are in the New England area, we are able to ship items more quickly!
CANCELATIONS
Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order.
What if you contact us and your item has been shipped? Once an item has been shipped, the order no longer qualifies as a ‘cancelation,’ it will then qualify as a ‘return.” Please refer to our return policy for more details.
