RETURNS
Furniture: 
  • After receiving the item contact the seller within: 7 days. 
  • Return the item within: 14 days of the accepted return 
  • Buyer pays return shipping costs and is responsible for finding the appropriate shipping outlet (ie: private shipper, Fedex freight shipping).
  • Full refund is issued (not including shipping): once the item is returned in previously shipped condition within 14 days. 
 
Smaller Items and Home Decor: 
  • After receiving the item contact the seller within: 7 days 
  • Return the item within: 14 days of accepted return 
  • Buyer pays return shipping costs 
  • Full refund is issued, including initial shipping cost: once the item is returned in previously shipped condition. 
SHIPPING
Please allow between 4-6 weeks for delivery on furniture items.
 
Please contact us for a shipping quote before you purchase an item. We are a small business in Vermont, so the process we must go through, to ship large furniture takes time and careful planning with outside delivery services. If you are in the New England area, we are able to ship items more quickly!
CANCELATIONS
Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order. 

What if you contact us and your item has been shipped? Once an item has been shipped, the order no longer qualifies as a ‘cancelation,’ it will then qualify as a ‘return.” Please refer to our return policy for more details.
